Jabra, the Danish brand specialising in audio products, have launched a new addition to their Elite range. Starting today, April 14, their Elite 4 true wireless earbuds are now available in India. They have launched at a price of Rs 9,999.
The Elite 4 are a step up from their predecessors, Jabra Elite 3. Elite 4 comes with added Active Noise Cancellation and Bluetooth Multipoint Connectivity. They also promise 5.5 hours of playback on a single charge.
There’s a fast pair feature for both your phone and PC. Fast Pair enables quick pairing with your phone, and Swift Pair for your PC. They are compatible with Android 6.0 and above and devices running Windows 10 and above.
Elite 4 Specs and Features
Jabra Elite 4 comes with Active Noise Cancellation functionality that picks up and cancels unwanted sounds around you. They effectively cancel out low and mid-frequency background sounds for a smooth listening experience.
With an IP55 rating, they can withstand slight dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. They can accompany you for sweaty workouts and light rain but don’t submerge them in water.
Their Go Solo feature allows you to use a single earbud while the other one is charging in the case.
They come with a 4-microphone technology and 6mm audio drivers for clear audio during calling and listening.
They come with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and AptX codec. AptX lets you watch higher-quality streams on Android.
Their Bluetooth Multipoint feature means you can stay connected to two devices at the same time. You can seamlessly switch between them without any interruptions.
Regarding Battery life, Jabra promises 5.5 hours with ANC on and 7 hours without ANC. The case can further support a charge of 16.5 or 21 hours, depending on if you’re using ANC.
They also have a quick charge feature that gives you an hour of playback with just 10 minutes of charging.
Integration With the Jabra App
Jabra Elite 4 is compatible with The Jabra Sound+ app, which is available on Android and iOS. This allows you to customise the sound to your preference and comes with sound presets such as Bass Boost, Neutral, and Treble Boost. You even get the option to create a custom profile and finetune it to your own liking.
It also allows you to customise noise cancellation based on your surroundings. You get a slider to target different frequencies and how much noise you want to cancel out.
Jabra Elite 4 feature the classic earbud design that can be seen across their devices. They are small and promise all-day comfort with the Jabra fit. They also offer real buttons for touch control that provide more control and precision when using them.
These earbuds come in a sleek case that features magnetic docking and closure.
