Who is Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 for?
Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 is a perfect neckband and can potentially become a daily driver for many people. They have good battery life. They also have excellent sound quality and can be used for gaming and calling.
So you can get it for any purpose, from casual video watching to music and even heavy gaming. You won’t be disappointed.
Important Factors we tested Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 On
Here are all the crucial factors we tested Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 on, like design, build, and sound quality.
The first thing that caught our eye was the design in Zeb Yoga N3. They come in 6 different variants. Zebronics has collaborated with DC, and they come with varying designs after different characters, including Joker, Aquaman, and Black Adam.
I’ve got the Aquaman edition with me, and it looks really cool.
They have also customized the buttons to be arrow-shaped, which is a superb addition. The buttons are multi-functional, and I’ll discuss how to use them later in the review.
You’ll find a similar plastic built to house the battery on the other side. Both have Zebronics written on the side. You’ll also get an in-line mic and a Type C charging port.
The ear tips are also lovely; they have a premium feel to them. The earbuds have a metallic finish but have a plastic build. You also get magnets on the earbuds so they have a secure fit and remain tangle-free.
The ear tips have silicone buds, offering a universal build and extra sound isolation. The earbuds also have a secure fit, so you won’t have to worry about them falling off during different activities.
A con with the Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 is that the material they’ve used for the neckband is slightly flimsy, so you have to be careful with them. The build is made of plastic, but they are flexible.
They come with an IPX5 water resistant, so your neckband will be safe against water damage. You can easily use them for workouts without worrying.
The wires on the earbuds are slightly thin. The length of the neckband is somewhat longer, so it tends to slide during activities, but not enough to be an issue.
3. Functions and Connectivity
Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 comes with Bluetooth version 5.2, which gives you a radius of 10 m. You also get Google and Siri support and dual pairing. They also have a dual pairing feature, so you can connect it to two devices at the same time; this is an excellent feature for this price point.
I had it connected to both my laptop and mobile at the same time, and they worked well. Zebronics also claims you’ll get less lag while gaming on them.
They have 3 multi-functional buttons, and here is how you can use them.
Playback and volume
- Single press middle button to pause or resume playback.
- Press volume down button to decrease volume.
- Press volume up button to increase volume.
- Long press volume up button to forward the track.
- Long press volume down button to go back to previous track.
- Double press middle button to enter game mode.
- Double press middle button to exit game mode.
- Long press middle button to activate voice assistant feature.
- During calls, single press middle button to accept calls.
- Single press middle button during ongoing calls to hang up.
- Long press middle button to directly reject calls.
4. Sound Quality
Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 has 14.2 mm drivers, the largest driver size among all the neckbands we’ve reviewed so far. The bigger the driver size, the louder the sound they can produce, so the loudness is good on these.
Remember that if you exceed 70% volume, you’ll also experience some sound leakage. They also come with SBC codec support.
I didn’t expect the sound quality to be as good as it is. The bass and treble are perfect; you’ll like them if you’re a bass lover. Overall, the sound quality is impressive.
Zebronics has claimed you’ll get a latency of 50ms. I tested them out for gaming. Played a few different games, and in my experience, the 50 ms latency is justified.
I didn’t face any major lags while playing, so I can recommend these for gaming.
This neckband comes with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for calling. We tested them out for calling, and the call quality was decent.
It does pick up some background noise, but your voice will be clear, so you won’t face any issue.
5. Battery Backup
They have a 300 mAh battery. You’ll get around 45 hours of battery backup if you use them at 60% volume.
I tested it out, and the claim is true. If you use them at this volume, they’ll last you 3 days.
What Sets Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 Apart From Competitors?
The unique point of Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3 is that it offers excellent features at an affordable price. Other neckbands in a similar price range usually tend to compromise on some features.
You won’t face that problem with Zeb Yoga N3 and will also not miss out on anything.
Should You Purchase Zebronics Zeb Yoga N3?
